• Acting for Two: All of Dani's boyfriends are played by the same actor.
  • Due to the show's Minimalist Cast, the ensemble scenes also consisted of the actors whose characters aren't currently in the scenes.
• No Budget: The show was originally produced by two high school students. The budget almost entirely came out of pocket and from a (mostly unsuccessful) gofundme page.
• Real Life Writes the Plot: Due to the fact that the show was still being written while it was being rehearsed, somethings had to be changed to suit the original cast.
  • Several of the songs had parts changed to suit the voices of the original cast.
  • Amy was originally planned to be a man named Paul. This was changed due to the actor playing Paul not being able to do the show and Amelia stepping in.
  • The show was originally meant to have a large ensemble, but due to complications with the cast it ended up having a Minimalist Cast, with the actors doubling as ensemble members in the scenes they weren't in.
• What Could Have Been: There was originally planned to be a rap battle between Dylan and Alex in the middle of Act 1. It was eventually cut because it ruined the tone of the show.
