- Hypothetical Casting: Before leaving for Ba Sing Se, Lu Ten tells Zuko and Azula, "Protect your honor as warriors." The author says she imagines Lu Ten as being voiced by Rick Gomez, the English voice of Zack Fair from Crisis Core. Also like Zack, Lu Ten takes a hell of a lot of abuse before he finally dies, and has a cross scar on his jaw.
