- Sancraid Phahn is Takehito Koyasu
- Misaya Reiroukan is Chiwa Saitō

- And Ayaka's father is Hiroki Tochi
- Colbert Bump: A double-whammy; After Fate/Grand Order brought in fans of the servants from Fragments of Sky Silver, a special 2018 rerun of Carnival Phantasm attracted many more to the series when they showed the Prototype OVA during a broadcast.
- The Danza: Ayaka's father, Hiroki Sajyou, is voiced by Hiroki Tochi.
- Role Reprise: The Fragments of Sky Silver Drama CD had the Fate/Grand Order cast reprise the Servant roles, therefore, Takehito Koyasu and Mamoru Miyano go back for round 2 as Rider/Ozymandias and Berserker/Jekyll & Hyde, and this adds up Shin-ichiro Miki (Caster/Paracelsus) and Mamiko Noto (Lancer/Brynhild) to the fray. Later on Kenjiro Tsuda and Ayako Kawasumi reprise FGO roles as Sigurd and Proto!Merlin respectively.
- Koyasu goes even further since he played a version of Ozymandias from before Type-Moon was even established, voicing User Rameses in the CD Drama for Red River.
- What Could Have Been: The entire point. What's interesting is how much was preserved - the story feels like a combination of all of Fate/stay night's routes. And other concepts (such as Beasts) continue to echo through later Fate works.
- Also, rather than a Visual Novel, it was originally meant to be a Light Novel series like The Garden of Sinners.
- Rider was originally going to be Theseus, but after the original draft was remade into Fate/Prototype, he was instead made into Perseus.
- Arash's identity initially was Tristan aka one of the Knights of the Round Table, but that was discarded and the chosen figure was Arash Kamangir. Though Saber (aka King Arthur) himself does compares this Archer to his old comrade. Tristan (Artoria's, at least) would instead go on to feature significantly in Fate/Grand Order.
