- Limited Special Collector's Ultimate Edition: The game features a "Noble Phantasm Edition", which aside from the game, comes with: a 7.5" by 6.3" hardcover art book featuring over 100 pages of artwork, a pack of sixteen collectible 3" by 5" cards depicting each of the game's Servants, a 24" by 17" cloth poster and a custom box containing everything.
- Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.": A couple of examples. Specifically Elizabeth, who first appeared in Fate/Extra CCC which hasn't been localized and Altera, who first appeared in Fate/Grand Order which had a localization after Extella's release.
- No Dub for You: Like all Type-Moon games and the more anime of Marvelous Entertainment's games, this game was released in the West without a dub.
- Serendipity Writes the Plot: Giant Altera was created after the developers found out they didn't have the budget to make a boss exclusive to the final battle and thus they decided to make one based on the main heroine.
