- Development Hell: The season 2 finale movie "Self-Fulfilling Prophecy" had it's first trailer released in Summer of 2014. The first chapter was released in Summer 2018. Justified due to the scope of the project, EE 93 having been filming weekly content for the Thomas Creator Collective in 2015 and 2016, and the fact the movie is by no means not coming out.
- In Memoriam: "Mike's Dog Days" was dedicated to Watson, Matt's dog who died in late 2020.
- The Other Darrin: Given the nature of the series the cast changes a lot, especially in the early episodes. Thomas alone has had at least 4 voice actors to date.
- Role-Ending Misdemeanor: ToonKriticY2K was dropped from the project after unsettling allegations came to light in the MLP Analysis community.
- Schedule Slip: The Season 2 finale, "Self-Fulfilling Prophecy", has been delayed seceral times. And as a result of spoilers, the first three episodes of Season 3 haven't been released.
- Tribute to Fido: Watson, the dog featured in "Mike's Dog Days", is named after Matt's actual dog, who also died 2 years before the episode was released.
- What Could Have Been: Originally Mavis was going to be Killed Off for Real at the end of "Mavis and the Tornado".
