• What Could Have Been: Early Concept Art for this episode (posted by story artist Al Kang) depicts drastically different designs for both Captain Melonhead and Professor Scam. One design has Jonny sporting a large hat, poncho, and mask à la Zorro, while another has him wearing a hoodie like a makeshift cape. Professor Scam (initially named Dr. Scam) was originally a more Dastardly Whiplash-type character with a bowler hat, tuxedo, monocle, and cane (topped with an eight-ball). The monocle was the only element that made it into his final design.
