- Follow the Leader: When Comic 18, the first comic in a Story Arc premiered, the creator himself confirmed that story arcs were going to be in the exact same format as Brawl in the Family.
- Uncredited Role: Due to a lack of a name being put down for the ripper on the sprite sheet or somewhere in its section, the Yellow Devil is credited in Comic 14's author comment as being ripped by the website, Sprites Inc. instead of the specific person who ripped the sprite.
- What Could Have Been:
- Comic 3 was supposed to be Comic 2, but Calazea felt like the Bowser fight shouldn't be too early, so he whipped up a lighthouse comic. The two comics were released within minutes of each other on Smack Jeeves.
- One of Comic 8's minicomics was going to be about the founding of the United States, but was dropped for a Boston Tea Party comic due to an idea block.
- Comic 11 went through three different revisions. One of which had the quotes stylized like the other comics. Due to the background providing inconvenience, the entire comic was redone using the same graphics, but with quote bubbles instead. Then, a last minute change switched Nightmare's sprites to the ones from Kirby Mass Attack.
- Blue Kirby originally retained his classic design from The Air Ride Series, but it was given a minor touch up due to the increasing standards this comic had.
