• Deleted Scene: A scene where North Korea (or Democratic People's Republic of Korea) sends their military and launched their weapons at Cell (who has Piccolo on his grip) only for it to be repelled and sent back at them. The following scene has Cell drinking Piccolo through his left arm, and Kami and Nail panicking.
• What Could Have Been: Cell was going to go more in depth over his origins, how he killed Future Trunks in his timeline, and Piccolo musing that Cell must had absorbed him but chose not to waste any more time. Kaiser went on record that they decided that Cell should keep that part a secret and why he even wants 17 and 18 as opposed to how many a villain has to explain their motives and Evil Plan rather than keeping it a surprise.
