- Keep Circulating the Tapes: A weird variation for the band, the song "All The Same" featured in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) missed the cut from their sophomore album Don't Say We Didn't Warn You in 2011 and it was never released on any streaming platform, with the 2010 game and its remaster being the only places where the song it's available.
- This has been finally averted in December 23, 2022, as the song is finally available on Apple Music and Spotify.
- This is more egregious in early builds of the game which had references of four other songs from the band from the Don't Say We Didn't Warn You sessions that were cut from the final game; "Wrestler (This Is The Dance)", "Pull Out My Insides", "Over Your Shoulder" and "Home Is Where the Heart Is (A Song for John Hughes)". The former two made into the album properly, being the only ones available on streaming services and "Over Your Shoulder" was discovered in an early game build for the first time after it leaked online in 2020, and "Home Is Where..." finally surfacing in March 2024 after being deemed "lost media".
