• Cowboy BeBop at His Computer: Even lampshaded by the Warner Archive Podcast. As one of Hanna Barbera's rare shows with a dramatic approach, it is not uncommon to see write ups that assume because it has a traveling cast with a young adult and his two younger siblings, it is like "Motorcycle Scooby-Doo." This description can only be taken seriously by someone who has never watched Devlin.
• Executive Meddling: ABC, concerned that the show might receive backlash for glorifying dangerous stunts, required that safety precautions be presented on the series on a regular basis.
• What Could Have Been: Ernie's name was originally going to be Dare, but it was changed because of Executive Meddling.
• Working Title: The original title of the series was Wild Wheels.
