• Approval of God: Both Danny Phantom series creator Butch Hartman and voice of Danny David Kaufman expressed their approval of Danny's inclusion in Death Battle. Hartman even did a reaction video to it.
• The version of the episode on Rooster Teeth's website replaced Danny's closing line of "I'm Goin' Ghost" with a clip from "The Ultimate Enemy", where he says "I guess... the future... isn't as set in stone as you think it is."
