  • Cowboy BeBop at His Computer:
    • In the newspost for a Battlefield Hardline comic, Tim repeatedly misspells the name of the hero of the Die Hard movies, rendering it as "McLaine", rather than the correct "McClane", but most would expect the guy to know the name of the star of one of the most well-known action franchises in the world, especially if he's basing his suggestion for a new game on it. More forgivable is the fact he also misspells Nakatomi Plaza as "Nakitomi."
    • The entire "Trilogy" 3 parter of the Animated series has one in its premise, which (as a Star Wars "parody") features Nintendo Knights (stand-ins for Jedi). Thing is, in the comics Ethan is established to not only dislike Nintendo, but be an Xbox Diehard (his robot is a modified Xbox), so if anything, he'd likely side with the 3 parter's equivalent of the Sith. Furthermore, Jack Thompson is shown working with Hillary Clinton, yet in real life, he objected to her proposals to ban the sale of M-rated games to minors, believing that the bill she proposed would be seen as unconstitutional.
  • Creator Backlash: Tim came to despise the characters of Scott the Linux guy and Ted the penguin. Not only has Buckley written the two characters out of the comic, he's gone to increasing lengths to ensure that the issue isn't brought up to him again. This includes banning anyone from the official forums who so much as mentions the two characters in any way. Word of God claims it's less despising Scott or Ted, and more the fact that they were one-note characters that Buckley didn't know what to do with.
    • The team who made season 1 of the animated series claim to have had an awful time producing it and lost a lot of money.
  • The Merch: Mostly character and Wintereenmass T-Shirts, although those "Starbuck's Fresh Roasted Cylon" mugs might be a bit iffy.
