- Cameo Prop: Naturally, since Lampini is the owner of a prop museum. Greg Nicotero, a producer of the series, is also a collector and worked on many of the films mentioned, so many of the props featured were supplied by him, including:
- A Facehugger and a Xenomorph Egg.
- A statue of the Lawgiver.
- Freddy Krueger's glove.
- Jason Voorhees' hockey mask.
- Michael Meyers' mask and knife.
- Ghostface's knife.
- A giant shark hanging from the ceiling.
- The Captain's Chair of the USS Enterprise.
- Mother Bates' corpse.
- Jack's reanimated corpse.
- Axel/The Miner's gas mask.
- One of the Killer Klowns' ray guns.
- A computer chip from Silver Shamrock Novelties.
- The Holy Grail, which the teenagers briefly fool around with in the opening scene.
- The meat hooks from Night of the Living Dead (1968).
- The box cutter from Breaking Bad.
- A bust of Jason's head from Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday.
- The faceless android from Westworld.
- The eyeball-brain from Frankenhooker.
- A miniature "Bates Motel" sign above the front door.
- Two license plates: One reading CQB 241, the other reading 3971 KTL.
- The Kandarian Dagger and Ash's chainsaw. At one point, Bateman's skeleton comes at Lampini with the chainsaw much like Linda's headless body does.
- Dennis Hopper's screen-used chainsaw from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. Bateman shows off that he has the chainsaw Gunnar Hansen used in the original movie as a show of superiority.
- The shelf of decaying heads from Young Frankenstein. Not only is violin music heard when they are showcased, but Lampini even scares Bateman by pulling Eye-gor's "I ain't got no body!" prank on him.
- Danielle wears, and shows off at Lampini's request, the last surviving pair of Rosa Klebb shoes from From Russia with Love, accompanied by a snippet of the James Bond theme. To once again one up them, Bateman reveals that he owns the gyrocopter from You Only Live Twice, which he says still flies.
- One of the Tall Man's Sentinel Spheres, which has, according to Burke, been sitting in Don Coscarelli's mother's attic for the last 40 years. Bateman's skeleton later throws it into Burke's head to kill him.
