• Acting for Two: Alice Ann Stacey voices both Lucy and Kate.
• Blooper:
  • As indicated by the subtitles, in Grave Mistake, when Ben and Kate revives zombie employers, the animator Ben Smallman animated zombie lawyers instead.
  • In Cover Up, the scene where the explorer goes in to save Ben and gets killed instead appeared as Adobe's media offline screen until it got fixed.
• Development Gag: Lucy's cashier badge in Firing Squad has the name "Elliot" crossed out, which was the original name for her character before she was remade into a female.
• Recycled Soundtrack: The theme song for Crash Zoom is based off an earlier song made by TomSka titled "Super Average". Also doubles as Bootstrapped Theme since Super Average is another project of TomSka for a web series.
• Series Hiatus: The series went on a two year after Shell Shocked. However, June 2022 showed that the tenth episode was still being worked on.
• What Could Have Been: Lucy was originally a man named Elliot, named after and voiced by Elliot Gough.
• Word of Gay: Not that it's that surprising, since Ben himself hints at it a couple of times in the show, but TomSka and Won Chop (the lead animator) have both confirmed that Ben is gay.
