• Dawson Casting: Sasha Lane is older than her character Bobbi's meant to be (being about 21). She actually was around 25 when the series had been made.
• Fake Irish: Unlike the Normal People adaptation in which Daisy Edgar-Jones was the only non-Irish cast member (and even so, her mum is from the North), Alison Oliver is the only Irish actor out of the main four.
• Queer Character, Queer Actor: Lesbian Sasha Lane plays Bobbi, who's also a lesbian.
