• The Other Darrin: Given that the first Comic Party anime was dubbed at Irvington, New York-based Headline Studios, Comic Party Revolution was dubbed by ADV Studios in Houston when they acquired the license to the series.
• Studio Hop:
  • The first series was animated by OLM Incorporated. Later on, the Comic Party Revolution OVA was animated by Chaos Project, and the rest of the second season was animated by Radix.
  • The sound effects for the first season and the first 4 episodes of Revolution were handled by Jun'ichi Sasaki back when he still worked for Anime Sound Production, from episode 5 of Revolution onwards the sound effects were handled by Toshiya Wada of Swara Productions.
  • The first season was licensed in North America by RightStuf, the second by ADV Films.
  • The North American licenses to both seasons would later do a studio hop themselves, though still to different companies; the first season went to Discotek Media after Right Stuf let the license lapse, while the second season went to Funimation following ADV's demise.
