- Acting for Two: Todd and Benny share the same voice actor. As do Larrity and his son Dean.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: Only the first season is available on DVD, in Region 1 only no less. Your only chance of catching any season 2 episodes at this point is looking them up on YouTube.
- Rescued as of 2020. The entire series is part of the launch library for the streaming service Peacock.
- Real Song Theme Tune: "Code Monkey" by Jonathan Coulton. This was what provided the final title, as the working title was "Dave and Jerry VS The World".
- Screwed by the Network: Cancelled after the second season, despite performing very well and being an ideal show for a self-proclaimed gaming network.
- Viral Marketing: In the months prior to the show's debut, certain G4 shows profiled some of Game-A-Vision's games, as if they were a real company; also included were commercials for Crosswalk and Barfight, as well as a fake website for Game-A-Vision which included games of Hangman (which gave you insulting words) and Two-Card Monte (which couldn't be won).
