• Blooper:
  • When the potions are thrown, the blast happens before the vials hit each other in mid-air.
  • The episode opens with Billie picking up shards of glass from inside the Manor. The glass should be outside it.
• Completely Different Title: French: "L'appel du Néant" (The call of the Hollow)
• Serendipity Writes the Plot: Phoebe's body is found but not Paige's, because Rose McGowan was filming Planet Terror. This is also why she has less screen time in "Forever Charmed" (as that was filmed before this).
• Throw It In!: When the blast in the final battle sends everyone flying, Paige can be seen looking a little floppier than the others. This is because Rose McGowan's harness string was broken, which they didn't know about until after the shot.
• Trolling Creator: Holly Marie Combs joked that she'd sue the producers if her son Riley turned out "funny" due to all the pyrotechnics in the final scene.
  "Can we get more smoke, flames, fire and gas around the pregnant woman?"
