• Acting for Two:
  • Mariko Suzuki provides the voices for both Stella and Loretta.
  • Liam O'Brien provides voices for both Jonathan Morris and Richter.
  • Stephanie Sheh voices both Charlotte and Loretta, as several other female enemies, most notably Medusa and Persephone.
  • Karen Strassman voices Stella and Astarte, as well as several other female enemies, most notably the Succubi.
  • Dracula and Death are both voiced by Tom Wyner, which is most noticeable when Dracula transforms into True Dracula, reusing Death's laugh upon transformation.
• Completely Different Title: The Japanese version bears the subtitle "Gallery of Labyrinth" instead.
• Role Reprise: Other than Tom Wyner reprising his role as Death from both Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness, he also reprises his role as Dracula, going all the way back to the Animated Adaptation of Marvel's The Tomb of Dracula.
• What Could Have Been: According to Shutaro "CurryTheKid" Iida, a discarded idea for the Greatest Five item crash was for it to rarely summon Julius Belmont as a cameo. He also mentions to a fan of Christopher Belmont that he chose the five summons based on personal preference and on how easy it would be for the graphic artists to follow his instructions.
