For the initial 52 episodes of the V Series, premieres moved from TV Tokyo to Tokyo MX. note Although TV Aichi, an affiliate of TV Tokyo, was one of the second-run channels.
Starting with the High School Arc cont., the series jumped back to TV Tokyo's affiliate channel, TV Aichi, where the series continues to air.
No Dub for You: Extra Story -IF- unfortunately never received an English dub, likely due to a combination of the series being more of a Magical Girl AU that barely promoted any of the recent cards at the time, and the fact that the series was produced smack-dab in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Otaku O'Clock: V Series was this during the initial Japanese broadcast of the first 52 episodes, moving from its long-standing Sunday morning timeslot on TV Tokyo to a late-night slot that varied, depending on the channel.note For example, Tokyo MX would air it as early as 10:30PM, while TV Aichi would air it as late as 1:00AM.
Mark Whiting is voiced by Daisuke Hyuga in the reboot instead of Atsushi Abe like in the original series.
Rive Shindou is voiced Makoto Furukawa in the Shinemon prequel rather than by Fumihiko Tachiki like in G.
The younger Misaki in the Shinemon arc is voiced by Hikaru Tono instead of Izumi Kitta.
Chrono is voiced by Takumi Mano instead of Mark Ishii due to health reasons.
Overtook the Manga: Since the manga ended in October 7, 2017 which is around half a year before the V Series began. The Shinemon arc and any arc after it can be considered anime exclusive. Except for Remind 29 and 30 which take inspiration from Cardfight!! Vanguard G: THE PROLOGUE which was also drawn and written by Akira Ito.
Real Life Writes the Plot: As a kind of nod to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the brief scenes of the Vanguard tournament seen in the final episode of If show players being distanced between each other and multiple hand sanitizer dispensers can be seen.
