• Completely Different Title:
  • The series is known in the Czech Republic as Kal a Niko Leandrosovi ("Cal and Niko Leandros").
  • Japanese:
    • The series is named after the first novel Nightlife, titled Yoru ni Samayou Mono (夜に彷徨うもの, "Those Who Wander in the Night").
    • Moonshine is titled Tsukikage no Wana (月影の罠, "Trap of the Moonlight").
    • Madhouse is titled Chi no Kyōen (血の饗宴, "Feast of Blood").
    • Deathwish is titled Yami no Kōka (闇の劫火, "Apocalyptic Fire of Darkness").
• No Export for You: Only the first four novels have been translated into Japanese.
• Quietly Cancelled: The scheduled last book, Everwar, was given a blurb, synopsis, and release date from the publisher, and then failed to ever come out. The author, literary agent, and publisher have never released any news regarding the book, and queries to the publisher go unanswered. The previous book ended on a cliffhanger leading up to the series finale, leaving fans very frustrated.
