• The Danza: Subverted with Matt Baker and his voice actor Troy Baker. Although they do share their last name, the name for the character had already been chosen before Troy Baker was cast for the role.
• Missing Episode: "Hour of Heroes" and "Global Front" have been pulled from digital store fronts, rendering them unplayable.
• What Could Have Been:
  • The Concept Art Gallery for Earned in Blood makes it clear that many of the German vehicles were originally to have been painted gray, much like how they appeared in Road to Hill 30. The final game has all German vehicles painted in either light green or in camouflage markings.
  • The very first trailer for Hell's Highway featured a Tiger II Heavy tank as an enemy unit, and a US 57mm anti-tank gun as a usable emplacement. The final version of the game, however, shows no signs of either, with the only German tank in the game being the Panzer IV, and the only US Anti-Vehicle weapon being the M9 Bazooka.
