  • Creator's Favorite Episode: Out of his nearly 40-year-long body of work, Hansi considers the 14 minute long, three-act "And Then There Was Silence" to be the best song he's ever written.
  • Development Hell: Their planned instrumental/orchestral album based on Lord of the Rings was hinted at for quite some time but missed every date set for it, until 2019 when it started picking up tangible steam, finally releasing towards the end of that year, though in the end its story had no connection to LotR.
  • Hey, It's That Sound!: The audio of the battle sequence in "War of Wrath" is taken from the first major battle with the Englishmen in Braveheart.
  • Limited Special Collector's Ultimate Edition: The "Earbook Edition" of Beyond the Red Mirror, with an oversized 10-inch booklet. It includes two bonus tracks and splits the album into two CDs to accommodate the longer run time, with one bonus track at the end of each disc. Some versions of the earbook also come with a 10-inch vinyl single containing alternate versions of two songs.
  • Referenced by...: A sidequest in Sacred 2: Fallen Angel (which liscenced the band's song "Sacred Worlds" as the theme song) involves tracking down tickets to one of their concerts, as well as the band's lost instruments.
  • Special Guest: Kai Hansen appears on Follow the Blind, Tales from the Twilight World and Somewhere far Beyond, contributing additional vocals on "Valhalla" and "Lost in the Twilight Hall" and lead guitar on "Hall of the King", "Valhalla", "The Last Candle" and "Quest for Tanelorn", as well as some backing vocals.
