• What Could Have Been:
  • An unusual example, the 2009 game was originally going for a T-rating, but then Capcom wanted to stick a demo for "Resident Evil 5" on the disc which necessitated an M-Rating, but later the decision was made to not include the demo on the disc and since by that point the game had already been rated M, Grim decided not to tone it down and instead leaned into the M-rating by including more violence and swearing.
  • Unlockable artwork shows several cut ideas from the sequel, including an aquatic Biomech of some kind.
