• Keep Circulating the Tapes: All of the episodes were released on VHS...except for the last two, "Trash Island" and "Long Weekend." Because there were 3 episodes on each video, and a total of 8 videos, they only make up 24 of the 26 episodes; those two got left out. Since the show wasn't ever rerun in syndication/cable, few people know about the last two episodes; they're left off of most episode guides, and fans have even debated their very existence. Because the entire series has been rerun in Russia, these two episodes have surfaced online...but only in Russian. As of October 2020, all of the episodes are free to watch on Peacock.
• The Other Darrin: Most of the Newtons were replaced by other actors from the movies at the time. The only person to reprise their role is Nicholle Tom as Ryce Newton.
• Production Posse: Paul Germain worked on the show with some of the actors from Rugrats, such as Kath Soucie, Tress MacNeille, Tony Jay and E.G. Daily.
• Rereleased for Free: The series is released on Peacock for free to registered users that don't have the premium membership after the service was released in 2020..
• What Could Have Been: Per an article in Broadcasting magazine from 1993, Universal originally intended to pair this show with Exosquad in syndication as an attempt to counter The Disney Afternoon; this didn't happen and this show landed on CBS, while Exosquad was ultimately paired with another action series, Monster Force.
