• Acting for Two: Frances O'Connor as Alison and Nicole.
• Deleted Scene: Originally the "Witty and Sophisticated but Gay" wish was meant to be followed by one where Elliot wishes to be a rock star, combining Ozzy Osbourne's British accent and profanity, and Marilyn Manson's sound. It was replaced with the Presidential wish once the producers realised the explicit language and drug references would require a higher rating by the censors.
• Fake American: English Frances O'Connor as both Alison and Nicole.
• Shrug of God: Many viewers, including on this very wiki, assume Elliot's cellmate is actually God, especially since he's later seen playing chess with the Devil. Harold Ramis stated on the DVD Commentary that he wanted the character's identity to be open to the viewer's interpretation which is why the movie never actually says who he is. The actor, Gabriel Casseus, is listed as "Elliot's Cellmate" in the end credits.
