- Acting for Two:
- Jim Ward voices both Commissioner Gordon and Hugo Strange.
- Jeff Bergman voices The Joker, Desmond Dumas and the Bookworm.
- Wally Wingert voices King Tut and The Riddler.
- Steven Weber voices Alfred Pennyworth and one of Two-Face's henchmen.
- Billing Displacement: The only actor given billing on the original DVD/Blu-ray box cover is William Shatner; even on the back of the box, he gets top billing in the program description over Adam West and Burt Ward. Evidently someone realized how disrespectful this was to the recently deceased West, so a sticker acknowledging Adam West was belatedly added to the front cover - but only to the wrap-around sleeve; the actual clamshell cover still only credits Shatner.
- Celebrity Voice Actor: William Shatner as Two-Face.
- Fake American: The Canadian William Shatner as the American Harvey Dent/Two-Face.
- In Memoriam: "In Memory of Adam West (1928-2017). Rest well, Bright Knight."
- I Want You to Meet an Old Friend of Mine: Along with Batman co-stars Adam West, Burt Ward, Julie Newmar, and Lee Meriwether all doing Role Reprise, Newmar and Meriwether guest starred in seperate episodes of William Shatner's Star Trek.
- Posthumous Credit: The film was released months after Adam West had passed away, making it the final time he'd ever reprise his role as Batman.
- Refitted for Sequel: Two-Face was intended to appear in the original show, with William Shatner even one of the ones considered for the part, but got cut. Decades later, he's finally properly introduced to the series timeline.
- Role Reprise: Just as they did for Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar reprised their 1960s roles as Batman, Robin, and Catwoman. Lee Meriwether, in a sense, also reprised the role of Catwoman that she did in Batman: The Movie. West completed his voice work before passing away on June 9th 2017. Batman vs. Two-Face is the last time he played Batman in any media.
- Swan Song: This was Adam West's final film, and the last time he would portray the superhero he helped popularize on television, before passing away at the age of 88.
- What Could Have Been:
- The movie was originally going to include Poison Ivy and feature a team-up between her and Two-Face. Barbara Eden and Raquel Welch were considered for the role.
- Dr. Harleen Quinzel's cameo was to pay off in The Stinger, where she frees The Joker as Harley Quinn. The passing of Adam West had it changed in favor of a dedication to him. The original stinger is included as a bonus feature on the Blu-ray. This might have been intended as a Sequel Hook, and they likely decided against it feeling it couldn't continue without Adam West as Batman.
