- Dueling Works: With Gottlieb's Caveman, which came out about a month before Baby Pac-Man and has a nearly-identical gimmick. Though Baby Pac-Man became the far more recognizable title due to the power of the Pac-Man brand.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: Outside of emulation and the Atari 7800 homebrew, the game has never received a home port or a re-release; and even with emulation the pinball portion might be left out, leaving finding one of the very few surviving machines left as some people's only option.
- Magnum Opus Dissonance: Despite the negativity surrounding this machine, Baby Pac-Man was Claude Fernandez's favorite machine he designed.
- What Could Have Been: Prototypes of Baby Pac-Man used an art style more reminiscent of what can be found on Mr. & Mrs. Pac-Man Pinball rather than the classic Pye Eyes. It was also going to be known as Mini Pac-Man.
