• Completely Different Title: The original French title is La Rose et le Glaive, meaning "The Rose and the Broadsword". In some countries like Greece, the original title is kept.
• What Could Have Been: A different cover was planned for the album, showing a scared Asterix holding on to a stoic Obelix, as a floating sword intertwined with a rose is pointing at them, actually going along the original French title.
