- Hap and Boop are voiced by Evan and Gregg Spiridellis, respectively. The two of them are the founders of JibJab.
- Bing is voiced by Jeff Gill, the animation director of the show.
- Hub and Bub are voiced by Nate Theis, a writer and animator for the show.

- Promoted Fanboy: Henrique Barone tweeted about wanting to be hired to work for the show. He then became an animator for various songs and skits, including Eleanor Smartypants.
- Self-Adaptation: Evan and Gregg Spiridellis, creators of the StoryBots brand also produce, write and animate for the Netflix show (and its spin-offs.)
- What Could Have Been: Bang had a much different personality than his stoner/hippie attitude. In concept art he's shown to be a lot clumsier and liked to shake his body around like a maraca. Various instances of this personality can still be seen like in the Happiness song.
- A few pieces of concept art show Boop saying 'MEH!' rather than 'Boop', and he would've been throwing his arms in frustration all day.
