Trivia / Archie Meets the Punisher

• Publisher-Chosen Title: Marvel and Archie published separate editions of the book, and both publishers ordered their character first in the titling.
• What Could Have Been: The very original pitch for an Archie/Punisher crossover was a story where Archie's parents were murdered, leading to Archie hiring the Punisher to avenge them. It was evidently changed to the Mistaken Identity affair of the final product for being too tonally unbalanced, even for the high concept.
