• Creator's Pest: Takayuki claims to have despised Rai, due to how difficult his incredibly detailed body was to draw in fight scenes.
• No Export for You: The manga's distribution abroad was discontinued at volume 6 out of 11, and fan translations around stopped at 7 as well. They did eventually end up completing it, though.
• What Could Have Been: The OVA series was going to adapt the entire manga in 10 episodes, but only the first two were produced before it was cancelled. Reasons for this are currently unknown.
