• Crossdressing Voices: In the Spanish dub, Molly (female) was dubbed by René Pinochet (male).
• Executive Meddling: Attempted: in 2017, Audra McDonald revealed the production team was ordered to do a reshoot of the final scene where Grace does not get engaged to Warbucks since the Disney and ABC management thought an interracial relationship would be poorly received. It took Rob Marshall sabotaging the reshoot to make sure Grace and Warbucks end up together at the end.
• Fake American: Rooster Hannigan was played by Scottish actor Alan Cumming, best known as Boris Grishenko in GoldenEye and as Nightcrawler in X2: X-Men United. Oliver Warbucks was played by Canadian Victor Garber.
• The Song Remains the Same: In the Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese dubs, all of the songs are left in English.
• What Could Have Been: Anna Kendrick revealed in an interview that she auditioned for the role of Annie.
