• Blooper: One of John Carter cracking up can be seen at the end of Animusic's YouTube Kickstarter video.
• Defictionalization: Intel has made a real, working model of Animusic's "Pipe Dream" machine, balls and all. Although the machine itself needed some Pragmatic Adaptation. The balls don't activate the notes, as evidenced when balls miss their mark but the note still plays.^note In addition, the balls bounce off of flat surfaces instead of strings, which is much easier to control. The monorail xylophone doesn't dispense variable notes for a ball to hit. The bells stay where they are, and don't raise or lower at all.
• Development Hell: Animusic 3 met its funding goal with a Kickstarter in 2012. However, as of January 2023, there is still no release date.
• Vaporware: The last news of Animusic 3's development is a Kickstarter from 2012. The soundtrack for the volume has been shown in 2015, but the actual animation has only been seen in Concept Art.
• What Could Have Been: They originally wanted each window in Resonant Chamber to show a different time of day.
