Trivia / All-Star DC Comics

Go To

  • The Shelf of Movie Languishment: The All-Star DC Comics line had Wonder Woman and Batgirl titles announced, that never materialised due to the general loss of momentum for the line associated with the negative responses and severe Schedule Slip of All-Star Batman & Robin, the Boy Wonder.
  • Shrug of God: When asked about whether there was any continuity between All-Star Batman and Robin and All-Star Superman, Grant Morrison was vague and indifferent about it. The most they were willing to say was that, since All-Star Batman takes place near the start of Batman's career while All-Star Superman is about the end of Superman's life, continuity is plausible in their eyes, but even then, they said it in a way that it's still not a definitive answer.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • All Star Batgirl would've been written by Geoff Johns and drawn by J G Jones, would've been unrelated to the events of ASBAR and feature a woman surrounding Barbara's transformation into Batgirl, in a story akin to The Long Halloween.
    • All Star Wonder Woman would've been written and drawn by Adam Hughes, and would be a retelling of Wondie's Origin Story.
