• Creator Backlash:
  • In this Q&A video, Biblaridion admits to not being fond of the spider-like appearance of the osteopods, saying he mainly gave them eight legs and six eyes to make them distinct from Earth vertebrates, and didn't realize how spider-like they looked until after he made the models for the later episodes.
  • In the same video, he also regrets adding so much hydrogen sulfide to the atmosphere in the first episode, as he knows very little about chemistry and mainly put it there in order to make the atmosphere different from Earth's, not realizing what a dangerous and highly-flammable chemical it was until hindsight, despite being warned by Artifexian, the one who helped create the planet, from the start.
• Creator's Favorite: Bib has cited the opisthopterans as his favorite lineage in the series, due to their unique and creative method of flight.
• Creator's Pest: Bib said on Discord that he regrets creating the tanybrachids due to many commenters assuming they'd develop sapience just because they resembled monkeys, and was quite happy to kill them off in Episode 14.
• Promoted Fanboy: Biblaridion is a big fan of C.M. Kosemen, and was a fan of All Tomorrows even before it became popular on the internet. Kosemen later became an illustrator for Alien Biospheres, and even sent physical copies of his illustrations to Bib.
• Schedule Slip: Biblaridion intended the series to be released every two months, with Episode 8 supposed to have been released in September of 2020. Due to the subject matter being bigger than the previous episodes, it ended up being released in early October instead. As the series continued to grow in scale, the gap between each episode release slowly grew from two months to half a year.
