• Actor Existence Limbo:
  • Yuichiro Umehara became unavailable due to his hospitalization in 2018, leading to an event version of Imoko released during this time to be left temporarily unvoiced.
  • Keiji Fujiwara as Mitsukuni due to his death in April 2020. As of yet, no plans have been released to darrin him.
• No Export for You: This game remains only available in Japanese presumably because of its Japanese history-related subject matter and frequent references to Japanese poetry. It very nearly got an English localization before that was scrapped.
• The Other Darrin: Shinsaku's role in the stage play was taken over by Mizuki Chiba in 2021 in place of retired Keishi Hagio.
• Playing Against Type:
  • The deranged, deep-voiced Genpaku is voiced by Mitsuhiro Ichiki. We'll let that sink in for a moment.
  • Seemingly thirty-something deep-voiced Iemitsu, voiced by Yūki Kaji.
• What Could Have Been: An English localization was planned, but eventually scrapped.
