• Bad Export for You: The European and Steam (due to being based on the european ver) releases remove a few scenes for the sake of censorship, which makes the acquiring of the "true path" even harder, but still possible. A DLC concerning the first game for both was not localized for the same reasons. Ghostlight was the publisher for both.
• Franchise Killer: The poor sales combined with a new and confusing battle system of this game was the last nail in the coffin for the Agarest franchise. The first Neptunia game was also released a few months before this game.
