Trivia / About Last Night...

Go To

  • Those Two Actors: The second Brat Pack feature that Rob Lowe and Demi Moore worked on together following St. Elmo's Fire.
  • Throw It In!: For the big break-up sequence, Rob Lowe improvised a line where he tells Demi Moore that he doesn't love her anymore as Moore was having trouble crying. The line was effective and reduced her to tears.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • Originally this movie was to be made with John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd, but after John asked his brother James Belushi, who had starred in the play previously, Jim said that he didn't want John Belushi to take the part because Jim didn't want to be compared with his brother.
    • Phoebe Cates auditioned for Debbie.
  • Working Title: The original title of this film was Sexual Perversity in Chicago (taken from the play it is based on). The title was changed after many newspapers and TV stations refused to run ads for a film with such a title.
