• What Could Have Been: The author stated in early author's notes that Naruto's Pre-Timeskip Chakra reserves were meant to be high Chuunin-level at first and no higher, but that idea found itself thrown out the window. The only times Naruto has ever run out of Chakra were Chapters 1, 4, and 22 at at the end of his over-the-top Chuunin Exam match with Hinata.
