• In Chapter 1 we see why Hana tries so hard to be a good zookeeper. Hana's low self esteem and self worth issues stemming from her clumsiness and frequently making mistakes at school earn her the nickname Good For Nothing and Shiina's outburst at her after she accidentally hits him with her broom makes her cry after finally feeling good about herself for once.
