• While Akira could be a jerk, you can tell he was sad when Tatsuya's father was going to remove him to a substitute for Tatsuya to join. That and Tatsuya's dad is sick, and might not be able to live for much longer.
• Taki reveals that he and Sho are not so different since he was short and not respected at his former school despite being exceptionally good. That and Eishi hardly acknowledges him as a rival.
