Tear Jerker / Triple H

• The end of the October 3, 2011 Raw, when all of the other superstars, referees, cameramen, and divas walked out on Triple H and he turned and saw one man left, his friend Jim Ross... who promptly got up and left him, leaving him all alone.
  • There was still one nugget of heartwarming to come out of the incident, though. When HHH was left standing by himelf in the ring after everyone abandoned him, he still wasn't entirely alone- the crowd was still with him, cheering him and even chanting "TRIPLE H! TRIPLE H! TRIPLE H!" Even Jim Ross was collectively booed as he walked out. Hunter was visibly moved by the support.
• Randy Orton's ousting from The Authority. Hunter couldn't even watch as Kane and Rollins delivered the finishing blows.
• The DX final match in 2010. They lose when Shawn gets distracted by Undertaker and pinned by The Miz as a result. Upset, he sits in the ring as Hunter looks at him. Hunter kneels & places a hand on Shawn's shoulder as he goes to offer comfort but Shawn swats his hand away, yells not to touch him, and storms off. For a brief moment, Hunter looks confused & surprised by his friend's reaction but doesn't utter a word and only watches on disappointingly as his friend leaves without sparing him another glance.
• On March 25th, 2022, on an ESPN interview, Triple H announced his official retirement from in-ring competition. The deciding factor was a heart failure he suffered and the fact that it was nose-diving from bad to worse fast, the fear quickly set in when Triple H began thinking of his young daughters and the possibility of not waking up from his surgery. When recounting that thought, he begins to choke up and tries his hardest to fight it. A legendary career has come to an end.
