Tear Jerker / Seriously Strange

• While talking about alien hand syndrome in the "weirdest mental disorders" video, Rob talks about how the disease is not funny despite it sounding humorous. This is overlayed with footage of a hospital patient sobbing while his rogue hand is lightly slapping him repeatedly. It can really make someone who was just laughing at the syndrome previously feel like a jerk.
• Hisashi Ouchi's drawn out and horrific death, as his body was progressively destroyed by over 17 sieverts of Radiation. He had to watch his skin peel away, his organs failing one by one, his bones burning and turning black, his muscles falling away from his skeleton, and his vocal cords atrophying and melting away. His final words were "Mama...help me." before he permanently lost the use of his voice. What makes this all the more worse was that doctors tried to keep him alive, and did so for almost three months before his heart finally stopped.
• The abduction episode, dealing with cases that almost always end with people never seeing their spouses or children again. One unfortunate husband even died without ever knowing his wife's fate...
• The "chilling messages before death" top 10 video had an especially saddening case in #9, with Jeff Hunter, who was killed from injuries sustained from a vicious tornado, but not before he texted his mom saying "It's heading right for me. Goodbye mama..." This was after Jeff's mother had texted saying that he would survive.
• Rob having to legally change his last name because it was getting his videos demonetized and hurting him professionally. Throughout the video, you can feel the annoyance and disappointment in his voice.
• Rob saying he watched a family member die, just to know how it felt. When talking about it, he doesn't describe it as a proud moment, just something that happened.
