The roleplay itself
- Vince's Self-Deprecation as he's trying to encourage Jane.Vince: -with a Broken Smile- You can't be any worse than me.
- Vince's Troubled Backstory Flashback: Vince was once friends with an elderly scientist named Barbara, Vince helped Barbara create a super computer so that she can upload her sentience into it. Weeks go by and they grow a grandmother-grandson bond, as they program basic human emotions into Motherboard, Barbara gets an aneurysm and passes out. Vince brings her to the hospital and the doctors say that it's fatal and the chances of her surviving are extremely slim to none. Her final request was to see Vince, she tells him it's a minor headache and she'll be able to continue programming Motherboard when she gets out. Vince's final words to her?Vince: -with a Broken Smile- You've always been a bad liar.
- Raphael strolling in and murdering half of the main cast. Doubles as Nightmare Fuel.Vince: Guess I am a useless hobo, huh?Fear: If I die, I died ready for my funeral.Strata: Damn.
- Fear's Troubled Backstory Flashback: He Was Once a Man (a scientist to be exact) testing a bioweapon with his wife, however the head scientist activated a protocol where a tornado like force would suck in the chemical, crushing Fear's wife to death and scarring his face. Prompting a Face–Heel Turn.
- Strata's Troubled Backstory Flashback. He was an Innocently Insensitive child with superhuman abilities. He was subdued by the STF and was tortured (physical and otherwise) on a daily basis. He barely even escaped.
