Tear Jerker / No Need for Bushido

• General Atsumori, who had always been the Only Sane Man among the Wataro clan, and who had never approved of or wanted war with the Senshin clan, is backstabbed by Nataku to create an excuse for war. Additionally, the fact that it happens right in front of Eijiro, who despite being a brat is just a kid and has known Atsumori his entire life, is another layer of tear jerker. Eijiro is pretty clearly traumatized in that moment. And if that doesn't get you feeling sad, the next comic is a simple sketch of Atsumori watching over baby Eijiro. Goodbye Atsumori, you'll be missed.
