Mario punching Jeffy off the bed and onto the floor in "The New House!". He doesn't even get in trouble for it...well, other than Rosalina briefly calling him out. Even Bowser, who has a history of physically abusing Junior, thought it was a bit too much.
Jeffy getting the flu thanks to Bowser (and then his eye falling out) in "Jeffy's Flu Shot!" can be seen as a joy to Jeffy haters.
The negative reception of "Locked Out" has since been leading to Jeffy getting consequences for his actions, to the point where he could be considered just as big as a Butt-Monkey as Mario is.
"Shrek The Babysitter!" has Jeffy along with Junior getting locked in the bathroom (with the toilet clogged) after eating Shrek's cheesecake.
"Smart Jeffy" has Junior downright getting Jeffy to jump from a trampoline onto a table, thus causing Jeffy's pencil to penetrate into his brain.
In "Jeffy Loses His Teeth!", he suffers just as much abuse as Mario, if not more, alongside yet more abuse caused by Junior.
"First Day of School!" ends with Mario beating up Jeffy after he curses him out multiple times.
In "The Love Potion!", Jeffy gets mauled by Britknee after she turns into a dragon.
Toad shooting Jeffy in "Jeffy The Rapper!" could be seen as one of the much harsher paybacks Jeffy has suffered.
"The Golden Egg!" ends with Mario, Junior, Brooklyn T. Guy and Chef Pee Pee beating him up after he not only finds the golden egg, but wishes that he had it, essentially wasting the egg's one wish.
In "Jeffy's Bad Christmas!", Santa gives Jeffy a box full of coal, and Mario calls him a bad boy, blaming Jeffy for getting the channel associated with Elsagate and getting their videos age-restrictednote Which is actually true; a British mother reportedly found her son trying to hang himself, and said that he learned it from the gag in "Jeffy's Tantrum!" in which Jeffy goes through an emo phase after Mario whipped him with a belt and tries to hang himself — despite Logan apologizing for this (even outright saying that it's not meant to be imitated and is made for entertainment purposes only), YouTube still reacted by age-restricting and demonetizing hundreds of his videos.
"Jeffy's Summer School" ends with Jeffy missing out on his vacationnote For total context, the plot kicks off with Jeffy getting all F's and immediately being assigned with summer school. This threatens Jeffy's chance of going on vacation, so he gets Jr. and Cody to help him out with his situation. As the two go off to do their thing, Jeffy summons Drawing Jeffy to go downstairs and take his place in summer school. Meanwhile, Jr. distracts Jackie Chu and Cody manages to hack into the system and alter Jeffy's report card to read all B. Jackie Chu then comes back to his desk and looks at Jeffy's report card. Buying what he sees, he informs Mario that Jeffy supposedly passed after all and there's no need for him to do summer school. At this point, Drawing Jeffy is with Mario instead of regular Jeffy, so Mario takes him to vacation. So when regular Jeffy is told that his grades have been changed, he is set to go on his break, only to realize Mario's already gone.
Mario pinning Rosalina down and then tying her up and taping her mouth shut in "The Dead Body!" could be seen as the straw that broke the camel's back after she has been unsympathetic to Mario's plight too many times, when she was about to call the cops on him rather than listening to his side of the story when she was with him with a corpse.
Her getting hit on the head with a hammer by Does Bad Things Guy in "The Secret Door!" also counts.
In "Jeffy's TV Show!", Dewey Donedidit fires Rosalina from the reality show, the reason being... because he wanted a hotter girl.
Jeffy breaking Rosalina's arm in "Jeffy Goes Bowling!".
In "Among Us", she gets thrown out of the house and into space when Junior, Brooklyn and Chef Pee Pee thought she was the imposter.
Getting arrested for damaging Mr. Goodman's car in "Mr. Goodman's Revenge".

Despite the fact that the contest was rigged in his favor, Chef Pee Pee wins the Best Chef competition in "The Bet!". As a result, Goodman loses his fortune and gets hired as Bowser's new chef when Chef Pee Pee goes on vacation. Bowser makes Goodman go through what he usually puts Chef Pee Pee through, such as beating him up, making him clean the kitchen and look after Junior, and clean a very dirty toilet after Shrek used it.
Jeffy hitting Mr. Goodman with a baseball bat, knocking him unconscious in "Jeffy Plays Baseball!". Later, when Mario gives Goodman a bath, he instructs Jeffy to hold his head above the water. Jeffy lets go to show Mario a squash he found, resulting in Goodman nearly drowning. Later still, Mario gives Goodman a "The Reason You Suck" Speech, telling Goodman he deserved to be paralyzed for all the bad things he did to him and other people. He even goes as far as threatening not to make his house payments and drive Goodman's Lamborghini before Goodman reveals that he was faking his paralyzation the whole time.
In "The Costume Contest!", Goodman enters the titular contest in the hopes of winning the "Get Out Of Hell Free" card, fully aware that he's done a lot of things worthy of being sent to Hell. Thanks to Craig the Devil choosing himself as the winner, Goodman doesn't get the "Get Out of Hell Free" card.
Brooklyn hitting Goodman with a hammer in "The Movie Date!", knocking him unconscious so that he can borrow his lamborghini long enough to go on a date with Sparkle.
In "The Devil's Son!", Craig Jr. shoots a Nerf dart with a sewing needle in it at Goodman, hitting him directly in his forehead.
“The Funeral” has Goodman telling Jonathan to shut up for crying loudly while reading Barbaranote Brooklyn Guy and Jonathan’s mother’s will.
In the episode "Brooklyn Guy's Switch", him getting beaten up by Brooklyn Guy after switching bodies with him and lying to Karen that he's still Brooklyn Guy.
"Jeffy's Rubik's Cube!" has Jonathan come fourth place in the Rubik's Cube competition which means he has to be killed. For good measure, The Loan Dolphin makes a cameo to drag him offscreen begging for mercy.
