A 2005 miniature Wargame set in a post-apocalyptic Earth after a nuclear winter where the few surviving humans scavenge to survive and avoid mutated people from the radiation.

Tropes for the tabletop:

  • Alcohol Is Gasoline: The game has alcoholic fuel plentiful, due to bio-engineered yeasts that make it (along with things like tyre-grade rubber, etc.) so most engines are usually built specifically to use the alcohol. Yes, there are also species which produce drinking alcohol.
  • Badass Biker: The game has the possibility for many bikies and bikie gangs: there is an official mini for one Golg the Terrible, who eats any meat he can grab, has a saw for a hand, rides an enormous bike, and can quite easily be kitbashed in an Warhammer game; and, in the fluff, Sir Stanton, a knight in scrap metal armor who is fascinated with technology, but insists upon fighting with his blade, as he believes himself to be a knight, who must fight with honor, and guns are dishonorable.
  • Big Badass Rig: Renaissance has these by definition, due to the massive, chunky nature of every vehicle, making them largely into small trucks, carries over into the massive truck minis; even more so the no-longer-produced truckpillar, a colossus with four of the manufacturer's biggest track units (also no longer in production).
  • Scavenged Punk: Improvised Weapons and Improvised Armor are all par for the course. Most equipment is made from sources unrecognizable as having been vehicle parts. Of particular note is the Engine Cannon, made from the head and part of the book of an engine, using the fuel/air mix detonating to propel the projectile.
