This series contains several references to Sonic works and other things.
General
- The series is named after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
- The mall where the series takes place is called the Dreamcast Mall.
- A Running Gag involves Sognic and friends calling their enemies "faker."
- Knockles is portrayed as an idiot who is always shouting, which is based on Knuckles's portrayal in Sonic In X Minutes.
Episode 1
- Tals' subplot in the episode is driven by the fact that he still misses Cosmo, referred to as "Cozmo" here.
- The mall has a sign on the front saying "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave."
- Blayz's speech patterns are based on LOLCats. She even quotes some famous LOLCats lines such as "I can haz cheezburger?" and "I'm in ur X, Y-ing ur Z."
- Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica make a brief appearance as animatronic performers at the mall.
- When Sognic talks about Five Nights At Freddys, he spells "Nights" as "NiGHTS."
- Sognic suddenly switches to Peter Griffin's voice at one point.
Episode 2: Technology Time
- Froggy's name keeps changing, but his various names are all puns on Five Nights At Freddys. (Five Nights at Froggy's, FNAF at Froggy's, Five Frogs at Froddy's FNAFroggy.)
- One of the calendars at Beeg Ket's booth depicts "television programs in which humans work white-collar professions."
- While talking about cats in the Sonic (or Sognic) franchise, Ammy mentions Honey the Cat ("Huney Ket") and Tals mentions Catty Carlisle ("Ketty Karlyle.")
- The computer store is called GG Hrehh.
- Tals calls the computer store "a certified LGR moment."
- AOSTH Robontik makes two references to iteachvader. He is stated to be Tals' father, and he also says "I just love MICE!"
- Sognic repeatedly calls Click the Mouse "Moushley."
- Roter.exe quotes the "Oops, my system crashed" commercial from Protegent.
- When using a giant CD to attack, Click quotes the line "Whoops! You have to put the CD into your computer!"
- After getting trapped in a Joker card, Sognic says "We live in a society."
Intermission: Roter.exe's Song
- The intermission largely consists of a rewritten version of "Oogie Boogie's Song."
- Roter.exe summons three doll versions of Roter, Knockles, and Airo. The dolls are stated to be modelled after Tails Doll.
- Roter.exe kills his minions by snapping his fingers, causing the minions to disintegrate.
Episode 3: Six Nightmares at Airo's
- The episode's title is based on Five Nights At Freddys.
- Airo wonders if Sognic has an edgy rival like Zeero is to Airo, and if Sognic's edgy rival would get his own game like Zeero did.
- In Sognic's nightmare, Ammy sings a cover of "Peaches" with modified lyrics. Sognic sings another cover with his own lyrics in Ammy's nightmare.
- In Sognic's nightmare, Ammy is described as suddenly gaining the face of her possessed form from Sonic X S1 E19 "Sonic's Scream Test".
- In Ammy's nightmare, Sognic is described as suddenly turning into Sanic Hegehog.
- In Knockles's nightmare, he's trying to find some Chef Boyardee Beefaroni.
- In Roter's nightmare, he ends up Rickrolling Roter.exe.
- In Tals's nightmare, Roter.exe summons Tails Doll to chase and torment Tals. The area is described as having a red and white checkerboard floor, just like this render

- In the climax, Sognic and friends reference several FNAF memes, including:
