Victor Magtanggol is a 2018 Filipino superhero television series by GMA based on Norse Mythology.
The story starts with the Ragnarok, a conflict among Norse deities. Many perished in the event including Thor, the god of thunder. Before his death, Thor who entrusted his son Magni to hide his mystical hammer, Mjolnir, in the mortal realm. Enter Victor, an ordinary Filipino man, who uses the power of the hammer for good by becoming a superhero who goes by the name Hammerman.
The main villains of the story are Modi, Magni's brother who insists he is the rightful wielder of the Mjolnir, and Loki who seeks to spread chaos in the mortal realm.
